June 29, 2022 - Board of Education Special Meeting: The Board of Education meet with Rich Ramsey from Michigan Association of School Boards (MASB) to discuss the Superintendent Search planning process and timeline for the search.
July 5, 2022 - Stakeholder survey shared with the Community: Staff, families and community members receive link to MASB's Superintendent Search Survey.
July 25, 2022 - Stakeholder survey closes at the end of the day.
August 3, 2022 - Board of Education Special Meeting: The Board of Education meet with MASB to discuss stakeholder input, develop selection criteria and review interview questions.
August 8, 2022 - Superintendent vacancy posted to MASB website.
September 20, 2022 - Superintendent job posting closes. Applications must be submitted prior to 4:00 pm on September 20, 2022.
September 25, 2022 - Board of Education receives access to candidate materials.
September 28, 2022 - Board of Education Special Meeting: The Board of Education meet to prepare for Superintendent interviews including the development of interview questions and the selection of interview candidates.
October 4-5 2022 - Board of Education Special Meeting: The Board of Education host candidates for first round interviews. Each interview will be approximately 50 minutes with additional time for breaks and debriefing.
October 12, 2022 - Board of Education Special Meeting: The Board of Education host finalist interviews and possibly decide on a selection that evening.
December 1, 2022 - Superintendent on site.
